Private Training sessions: I will develop a personalized program that will fit your goals and schedule. We will have one-on-one sessions as well as a schedule for the workouts to do on your own. 

Semi-Private Training: It is always more fun to workout with your best friend or a family member! Semi-Private training sessions are for 2-4 people per workout. It is not a boot-camp! Every person will receive a personalized attention!

Small group training: Are you interested in a group session for your and your co-workers or friends? If you have a group 5 or more people who are willing to go through a fun and engaging fitness program that will bring great results, then this product is for you!

Online training: Not in the area but need help with programming and motivation? This option is for you. Online training comes with workout and diet program designed specifically for you and unlimited online support.
